Margo Aguinaga is part of the accounting and administrative teams at the BoaVida Group, bringing more than nine years of mobile home park experience in accounting, property management, human resources and office administration. In her previous company she was the director of asset control, directly managing the fiscal and operational aspects of more than two dozen properties in Southern California, where she raised her children.
Prior to entering the property management industry, Margo worked at the Christian school that her son and daughter attended in their youth, managed the family European automotive repair shop, raced BMWs, and had her own bookkeeping and tax preparation company. Her accounting background started at the young age of 13, as a full-charge bookkeeper for a small family-owned pest control company, so she joins the BoaVida Group with four decades of accounting experience.
Margo is a native Californian who grew up in San Jose. She is a notary public and resides in a small ranch home with her future husband, Dee, rescued Rottweiler, Cash, barn cat, Boomer, and they hope to add a couple of horses within the next year or two to their family. Their three kids live in San Antonio, Texas, West Hollywood, and Corvallis, Oregon. In her spare time, Margo loves spending quality time with her family, horseback riding, kayaking or paddle boarding, hiking, attending live music venues, dancing and riding her dirt bike.
