Eli WeinerElias Weiner is the founder and owner of several manufactured housing companies, including McDougall Weiner Investments, Cascade Community Management, The BoaVida Group and Good Life Communities. His companies own and operate more than 100 mobile home and RV parks with more than 9,200 spaces from coast-to-coast. This portfolio of parks makes him the 20th largest owner and operator of manufactured housing communities in the country, with an asset value currently exceeding $450 million.

On a daily basis, Eli is actively involved in management of property development, targeting new acquisitions, company marketing, communications with government agencies, due diligence, home sales, and general management oversight. What makes him unique and sets him apart from others in the industry is his ground-up bootstrapping beginnings in the business.

He began in 2000 as a mobile home salesperson, selling new manufactured homes into empty spaces in mobile home parks, while also attending UC Davis as a full-time student. One year later, at the age of 22, he cofounded Woodcrest Homes, a manufactured home dealership that specializes in sales of new and pre-owned homes. For 17 years, he has operated a successful manufactured home dealership selling more than 1,000 homes. As an acquirer of mobile home and RV parks, he has earned an industry reputation throughout California as one of the few mobile home park buyers that can fill vacant spaces just about anywhere. He was named to the Sacramento Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” list in 2018.

When he is not flying between the western states searching for more mobile home and RV park opportunities, his wife and two children keep him grounded. Eli currently serves on the board for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes in Sacramento and is involved in several local charities including Keaton Rafael Memorial and the Allegiant Giving Center.

Mr. Weiner holds a manufactured home dealer’s license and a C-47 contractor’s license (manufactured home specialty).
