Brian Menold focuses on sourcing acquisitions, due diligence, and business development throughout the middle and eastern part of the United States. Prior to joining the BoaVida Group, he was the founder and managing partner of Goldfinch Group, an owner and operator of more than 1,200 manufactured housing and storage units located in Arizona and the midwest. Responsibilities included day to day operations, acquisitions of new properties, and debt restructuring/refinancing of new and existing projects. Prior to this role, Brian was an entrepreneur who owned and operated more than 50 single-family homes throughout Northern California and five mobile home parks totaling 474 pads in California, Arizona and Ohio. His other professional experience includes working at Hewlett Packard as an account manager providing business and technical support to some of HP’s largest customers in Northern California. In his spare time, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife of over 20 years, visiting his daughter at college and coaching/watching his teenage son play a myriad of sports.
