Elias Weiner is the founder and owner of The BoaVida Group. The BoaVida Group is a manufactured home community and RV park real estate investment company which owns and operates more than 230 properties with more than 27,000 spaces. He is the 8th largest owner and operator of manufactured housing communities in the country. Eli’s companies operate in 35 states throughout the country, from California to Maine, Alaska to Florida. On a daily basis, Eli is actively involved in company marketing, management of property development, targeting new acquisitions, due diligence, home sales and general management decisions. What makes Eli unique and sets him apart from his competition is his ground-up, bootstrapping beginnings in the business. He began in 2000 as a mobile home salesperson selling brand-new homes into empty spaces in mobile home parks, while attending UC Davis. One year later at the age of 22 he co-founded a manufactured home dealership and, in 2002, Eli shifted his primary focus from mobile home sales to park acquisitions and investment. He is now one of the most active manufactured home buyers in the country, with dealer licenses in 18 states and counting.  BoaVida is on target to sell 1,000 homes per year, living up to its national reputation as one of the few operators that can fill vacant spaces just about anywhere. Eli’s portfolio of mobile home and RV parks continues to grow at a swift pace, having built an operations and investment company designed to provide superior risk adjusted returns to investors. Eli is involved in several local charities including Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Youth For Christ, Keaton’s Child Cancer Alliance, Compassion Planet, Allegiant Giving, and United Cerebral Palsy of Sacramento. In his spare time, Eli enjoys some ping pong, surfing, driving his red Chevelle convertible, and spending time with family. Aric Resnicke

Aric was the first employee at The BoaVida Group, originally tasked with analyzing new park acquisitions and acting as company pilot. As BoaVida grew (to its now 500+ employees) Aric’s role progressed to overseeing risk management, investor relations, and he quarterbacks most legal matters. Drawing on three decades of experience in a variety of industries including medical, foodservice, office automation and real estate, Aric has been involved with small- to mid-sized businesses in a variety of capacities.

As president and chief financial officer of PLEC Management Group Inc. and Pacific Laser Eye Centers, he oversaw the daily operations and growth of nine LASIK surgery centers, 11 corporate entities, 400 independent contractor doctors, 18 surgeons, 76 members of boards of directors and 248 investors. Prior to his role as president and CFO, he was the vice president of operations charged with developing and constructing the multi-state facilities and overseeing all personnel.

His role as executive vice president of Capital Planning Advisors had him serving as a business growth consultant, with his client industries including medical services, manufacturing, law, distribution, construction and insurance.

Aric’s other entrepreneurial ventures include the creation and development of the multi-location Aric’s Java Cafés and BrewPub, serving hundreds of customers daily. As an agent with the developer Potter-Taylor and Company, he became experienced with real estate issues and commercial lease transactions in the greater Sacramento region.

Past affiliations have included positions as founder of Christian Business Roundtable, arbitrator with the Better Business Bureau, board member of Urata Concrete, Inc., president of Low Flying Angels, Inc., vice president and treasurer of the board of directors for the Placer County Law Enforcement Chaplaincy and he has been honored as the City of Citrus Heights Business Person of the Year.

He has been married for more than 30 years, has two children and three grandchildren.
